Our heritage blend of Shiraz and Cabernet is hand-picked, vinified in open fermenters, and matured in French oak barrels. This full-bodied wine is dominated by aromas of cassis, ripe plum, and blackberry. Perfectly balanced with vibrant acidity and finishing with strong, ripe tannins, it complements rich red meat on a winter’s day.
